There are many ways you can help the library. The library can only continue to offer our services through the generosity of the community members, businesses and municipalities for which it serves.
There are many ways you can help support the library, through donations either at the library or through the annual Extraordinary Give each November, or through one of the many fundraising events like the Annual Book Sale, Bucks for Books Dinner and Auction, which the Friends of the Adamstown Area Library organize.
The Friends of the Adamstown Area Library is a group of supporters and volunteers who help the library raise funds for materials and programs. The group is always looking for energetic volunteers to help with events. Please visit the Friends website for more information on their events and information on volunteering.
One other way you can help is to volunteer your time at the library. We can always use help in many important behind the scenes roles like prepping materials for our many children’s programs, or helping to shelve books and materials.
