Mindful Yoga with Jenny Bones – Enjoy an hour of Mindfulness and Yoga before kicking off the holiday season. In this class, we will explore and discuss ways to keep calm and remain present during this busy time of year. Learn breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises that can be done throughout your day. Mats and chairs will be provided for a gentle yoga class, where you will be guided through restorative and grounding poses. Class will end with guided relaxation, followed by a short meditation. Whether you are a beginner, a long time practitioner, or just curious to know what Mindful Yoga is all about, everyone is welcome at this free community class!
