Family Yoga

Exploring breath, mindfulness and stories told through yoga! Join Jenny Bones, Certified Cosmic Kids Yoga Teacher in the Adamstown Grove for a ½ hour class before Summer Lunch Program-both are free to the community. Parents or caregivers required to stay and encouraged to participate. 3 Thursdays – June 20, July 11 & July 25.
